Capital City Counseling provides a supportive environment in which to talk openly and confidentially about personal issues and to work toward change in one’s thoughts, behavior, relationships, and/or life goals. We offer a variety of outpatient behavioral health services including individual, couple, family and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults.

Appointments may be made by calling 573-635-4355 or by scheduling online at TherapyAppointment.com. This online service is designed to schedule non-emergency appointments only. Appointments will be scheduled as soon after the initial request as possible, depending on the urgency of the situation and staff availability. In most cases, we can offer appointments within the first week of the initial request, although it may be longer during periods of high demand.

Payment
Capital City Counseling clinician’s are preferred providers for most private health insurance plans. Fees are $100.00 per 50 minute counseling session. Fees for coaching services are $100.00 per session or $450.00 for a 5 “Block” session. Seminars and business coaching for groups are $400.00 per workshop.

Confidentiality
Counseling is confidential. Capital City Counseling does not release information about a client without that client’s written permission, except in the case of imminent danger to self or others, child/dependent abuse, court order, or where otherwise required by law.
